We ask that pets do not accompany your family to drop-off and pick-up.
YOUTH/TEEN WEEKENDS: Check-in begins at 7:00 p.m. on Fridays
(Campers cannot be dropped off earlier than this time due to supervision/liability issues)
• Park in the first lot you come to.
• Walk down the path to the dining hall; bring belongings with you.
• Confirm registration information: If a camper requires early departure, please provide details to registrar at check-in. Drop off any medication and mail that you are leaving for your camper. If you plan to travel away from home during your child’s stay at camp, please make sure our office has clear information about how to reach you in case of an emergency.
• Head to assigned cabin to meet cabin leader and friends.
YOUTH/TEEN SUMMER CAMPS: Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. on Sundays
Same as 1 and 2 above, but check-in for the summer is done on the soccer field. Simply choose a line!
Once you are checked in, head to your assigned cabin to meet cabin leader and friends.
SUMMER FAMILY CAMP: Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. on Sundays
Park in the first lot you come to. Walk down the path down toward the dining hall. Confirm registration information. Then you can drive closer to your cabin to unload belongings.
WHIDBEY ADVENTURE CAMP: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on Monday (1st Day of Camp)
Takes place at table set up outside of chapel.
PARENT/CHILD and ADULT RETREATS: Generally, check-in is open Friday of the retreat from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
