Camper Check-Out

HOW TO CHECK-OUT A YOUTH/TEEN CAMPER

We ask that pets do not accompany your family to drop-off and pick-up.

For the safety of your child, it is important to follow the check-out process. Please be prepared to show an official photo ID as campers will only be released if the adult is listed on the camper's registration. The adult will be asked to sign the check-out sheet.

Don't forget the camper's envelope that will have a camp photo and any remaining store credit inside. And remember to pick up any left over medication from the first-aid person.

Summer Youth Camps:

  • Checkout at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday in the breezeway.
  • Camps will have a closing ceremony before check-out at 10:30 on Saturday. Depending on the camp, the closing ceremony will consist of a slideshow and campers receiving their patches. Some camps will have a closing message from the speaker or baptisms.
  • Family members may join their camper for lunch and the closing ceremonies.

Summer Family Camps:

  • Checkout at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday in the breezeway.

Weekend Retreats:

  • Camper lunch is served at noon Sunday.
  • Check-out begins at 12:30 p.m. Sunday.
  • The check-out table will be in the dinning hall.

Early Check out

  • If you know your camper will need to leave before camp is over, please let us know at check-in. During the summer, be sure to check-out through the office (Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.).  If you are picking up your camper outside of those hours or it is a weekend retreat, please ask the cabin leader to find a director to complete the check-out process.
