Meet the Directors
TCL 1: Aaron & Alora Meyer
Aaron and Alora Meyer have long been a part of Lakeside and have always had a passion for the TCL program. Aaron works as an elementary behavior specialist for Lake Stevens School District and Alora teaches 3rd grade in Snohomish. They enjoy working with middle school students at Crossway Fellowship in Lynnwood, as well as directing High School Camp at Lakeside.
TCL 2: Pete & Charlene Santucci
Pete Santucci loves creation & recreation. A husband, father, follower of Jesus, and lover of community & the great outdoors. Pete is a freelance writer and hospital chaplain in Bend, Oregon. In the past Pete and Charlene have lead a Christian community called The Table (TheTableInBend.com). You can read more of Pete's writing through www.petesantucci.com and www.everydaytheology.life.
Jr. TCL 1: Dan & Gretchen Jester
Dan and Gretchen are founders of Apprentice Ministries and desire nothing more than to encourage students in middle school and high school to know they are worth more than they could ever imagine! Gretchen is an accomplished musician. Currently, Dan is a Doctor of Ministry student with Multnomah University.
Jr. TCL 2: Steve & Rachel Balee
Steve is a graduate of Seattle Pacific University with a degree in nursing. Steve served at Lakeside as the Director of Camp Ministries for 9 years and currently works as the surgery manager at an orthopedics office in Seattle. Steve is a U.S. Air Force veteran and loves to hang out with his family, listen to jazz music & belt out guitar solos with his kids. Steve and his wife Rachel have 5 children.
TLC 3: TBD
For this final session of TCL, we will be encouraging our TCL 2 campers to consider serving until the end of the summer, as well as reaching out to our TCL 1 participants and asking them to consider returning to LBC for an additional week.
ALL participants in TCL 3 will be requested to check in promptly on Saturday, August 17 at 2:00 PM
